This service is focused on getting your computer stable, clean, and running properly again. If I find a bigger issue, I will explain it clearly and provide a quote before doing anything beyond the flat rate service.
$100 Flat Rate Basic Cleanup
This covers the most common issues that make computers slow, unstable, or unsafe.
• Virus and malware scan and cleanup
• Removal of junk software and obvious bloat
• Browser cleanup, extensions, and settings review
• Startup program cleanup to improve boot speed
• Basic operating system health checks
• Basic updates and configuration checks

If the issue is beyond a basic cleanup, I will quote it first. No surprises.
